Velosoul is a semi-full service shop offering repairs, as well as bicycle parts and accessories. Velosoul will also help you “recycle” your old high quality bike through Coffelt’s consignment service. Coffelt dismantles the bikes, selling the desirable parts on eBay to cycling enthusiasts from around the world. “In most cases, the bikes bring in more money as parts than they would if sold as a complete unit,” said Coffelt.
Velosoul will be open limited hours in June, growing to six days a week in July. Coffelt will be hosting a Bike To Work Day breakfast station on Wed., June 24. For more information, call 720-570-5039.
Under the topic of “Why didn’t anyone think of this before?” – a group of merchants in the West Washington Park area have formed the West Washington Park Merchants Association.
Sandi Segal of Your Castle Real Estate is among the active participants, and tells us the group is in need of a logo. They’ll be hosting a logo contest beginning in July for local artists and designers, hoping to come up with just the right look. Check back in this space next month for details.
